Warboar Return and Refund Policy
***Purchases In Store***
Up to 30 days return policy for faulty goods.
Faulty or damaged goods cannot be returned through customer neglect or damage caused through personal use.
**Please note any Fantasy Flight items that are faulty or missing parts must be dealt with via the following link https://parts.asmodeena.com/partsrequests/
These parts are handled directly via the Asmodee faulty parts and missing pieces customer service team and will not be dealt with via Warboar Games.
If you would like to exchange your purchase for any reason then as long as the item is in perfect condition and in its original packaging you will be entitled to an exchange or store credit so long as a receipt is provided within 14 days of purchase.
You may return items within 7 working days from when you receive it for whatever reason so long as they are unopened and not damaged. If you are returning the item because you no longer want it or have made a mistake you will have to cover the return postage and a restocking fee of £2
If however the items were faulty Warboar games will cover the cost of the return but please contact us first in both cases to communicate the issue beforehand and we will arrange the details with you.
Tickets that are bought with less than 7 days before an event cannot be refunded, tickets with more than 7 days will be offered a refund.
